EKLA Residential Tower
3 Grades of White
With its multifunctional programme, the tower has breathed new life into the neighbourhood around Brussels West Station. Before the transformation, the Vandenheuvel brewery site had lain abandoned for several decades. Building contractor Re-Vive is known for its sustainable transformation of abandoned sites. The programme for the tower and two adjacent wings is a vibrant mix, ranging from commercial premises and offices to social housing and penthouses.
